I would prefer if with the card receipt an email/ SMS can be sent confirming where your vehicle is parked.”
“Very helpful member of staff when we arrived, showing us where to park and where the bus stop was. Excellent, quick bus service directly to Departures. Unfortunately 20 minute wait for bus to return to car. However, I would definitely recommend and use again.”
“Disappointing eperience. Had to find the place first with all the road works to negotiate! A little expensive for the week even with a discount so not really value for money. Had to self park which is fine but worried with the width of spaces especially with SUVs now commonplace and some drivers not quite parking within their own space. Always take a small car is the advice to avoid dents, scratches and expensive repairs. Communication is poor when on the transfer. Even the colour of the ticket is important which I was not aware of. In summary, probably avoid unless the price is worth it! Not the usual high standard I expect from APH.”
