“This was the best airport parking I have been to, like the idea of keeping your keys is great. We fly from Exeter and Bristol usually but this is the best.”
“When we arrived we could not fault the staff, directed to a space, got straight on a waiting bus and arrived at the airport within 10 minutes, this was 10am. Our return was a little different, it was 2am, the first bus that turned up at our stop said we could not take us, when the 2nd bus turned up nearly 1/2 later, they said they hadn't got my booking although I I had the paperwork to show them, they agreed to take me to the car park, I didn't find the night time staff friendly or helpful, luckily I was able to drive out of the car park with no,problems”
“This rating is based on my last trip only. Previously APH Express and Short Run carparks at BHX have been very good. However on this occasion the return journey on Thursday 27th June from BHX to the car park was very poor. On arrived at the bus stop for the car park there were two busses there but neither was for the Express car park but I was not too worried as the advertised wait time is max 15 mins. Having waited over 45 mins and seen the other busses for the other two APH car parks come and go three times I asked a driver if he knew where the Express bus was. He abruptly said "No" and offered no other help. The bus eventually arrived over 50 minutes after I arrived at the bus stop. This experience will make me think twice about booking with APH/Airparks again in the future.”
