“Could not fault this car park. Coach transfer was ready and waiting at the car park on the outbound journey and again outside the terminal on the inbound journey. Such a short transfer time too. Value for money indeed. Would definitely use again.”
“Booked to park at Birmingham Airport in October. The park was not the easiest to locate as there are roadworks and there are no signs to let you where the carpark is. We luckily pulled into the carpark but this was purely to ask for directions, we had no idea that this was APH as there is no sign. The guy at the barrier even acknowledged that this was an issue that APH had been advised about continuously. We were told to drive to furthest point of the carpark where there would be a bus and the driver would show us where to park. We got on the bus and got to the terminal fine.
Upon our return from holiday everything went well until we got back to the carpark. The bus dropped us quite a distance away from where our car was parked. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but it was bouncing with rain. So with three young children we had to walk in the rain to our car and got very wet in the process (lovely for a 90 minute drive home at 2am). When quizzed about getting closer to our car the driver said "this is stop for APH", another guy was also arguing why the bus wouldn't take him closer to his car, at that point we decided we would walk to our car as we just wanted to get home.
The information on what happens when you get back to the carpark needs to be clearer, it doesn't make sense to send you to the other side of the carpark if the return bus isn't going to take you back there.

“Very friendly and helpful service on arrival and bus available almost straight away to take to airport. Did not have to wait long for bus on return, although did cause some concern when driver asked where car was parked. We did not know and assumed detail was on ticket given on arrival. Driver very helpful and car located ok.”
