“It would be helpful if more signs on the approaching roundabouts as difficult to find. Closer to the NEC/ previous west car park for the NEC? Staff helpful but should stress importance of keeping the blue return ticket. Some passengers returning from flights waiting at bus stop A confused & not allowed on the bus as they were at another APH car park.”
“We normally use APH at Mackadown Lane, but they were fully booked, so we chose APH Express.
We were very happy with the excellent service that they provided and will use them again.”
“Nice new car park near to Birmingham Airport departures. Bus Waiting to transport us to the airport on arrival with lovely driver. Check in efficient.
Pick up was over 30 minutes on return unfortunately.

“Easy to book and close to airport. Parking was fairly easy, although not signposted as APH and just as airport parking. You park yourself and take your keys with you, which I prefer and no one can move or use your car while you’re away. Shuttle was quick and only took few minutes to airport. On the return it wasn’t clear where to get the return shuttle from as zones A, B, C etc that didn’t correspond with the numbers of the areas in the carpark. I was área 3 in the carpark but had to go to zone A for the bus after asking one of the bus drivers! I would use again and car was fine when I picked it back up.”
“Yet again, brilliant service. We've not used this particular car park previously as it's fairly new but it's even closer to the airport than the others. Same high standard of customer service. I would like to mention the female bus driver on the journey to the airport on 27th October. She was so lovely, an absolute credit to your company.”
