“The printed directions were very poor and reversed North and South. The Post Code given covered the whole of Birmingham Airport. We then resorted to ringing the "Helpline" number. The individual that took the call hardly spoke English and could not direct us to the car park, from our location near the Railway Station, which we eventually established was only 2 hundred yards away! and when we finally found it by asking local's.
The car park was no longer called APH it was now called Airport Express!
What an absolutely appalling service!!!!!!!!!!”
