“Simple to book online, I did phone up to check something and the lady was very helpful. We had an issue with checking in but the lovely gentleman on the gate at 3am dealt with it quickly. The bus service was.

The only tip I would say back to APH is give each of the car parks a distinctive name so when customers want to rebook the same car park they can identify it quickly, particularly as they have changed locations recently.”
“Ideal location for Birmingham airport fair price to pay good pick up and drop off car park could do with more signage for car location but I am sure this will happen because I believe this is a new location. When I fly from Birmingham I will certainly use this carpark again”

“Worked well. Close to the airport. Different to the old APH at Jct 9. Here you park yourself and keep your keys. Only 1 bus stop on the park. No street lighting so if you arrive back in the dark it can be a challenge to find your car.”
“There is no signage to find the car park, it’s all for another company, drive around for ages trying to find it!! Also when in the car park there are paths and signs for you to walk to the terminal but they are all blocked, walked around for ages, either take the signs down or unblock the paths.”
