“Very helpful bus driver on out journey but
Need a better system for telling passengers which zone they are arriving at. No indication and people at the rear of the bus nearly missed their zone stop as they couldn’t hear the driver.”
“Transfer to airport was very quick, morning flight but coming back a different matter. We were waiting for over 30 minutes for a bus back to the carpark at about 10.00pm.
Parking was no problem and site easy to book in.”
“The bus link worked well even late at night, and the ticket system was clear. The staff were excellent, being friendly and helpful. One thing I would ask for is some location markers. OK, it is a small area but it looked very different in the dark from how it looked in afternoon sun. Took a while to find my car - but the bus driver helped. (He was excellent.)”
