“This is the second time we have used this Car Park with APH in the last 6 months and will not hesitate to use them again. The service is extremely efficient from the time you arrive at the barrier through to returning and being pciked up by the bus that takes you back to your car. The journey from the car park to the main terminal is only 5 minutes on the courtessy bus where you get on/off right by where your car is parked and drops you off right outside the main terminal.”

Otherwise all good except the scrappy piece of paper they give you as a receipt and code for return journey which could easily be lost
A ticket or credit card type card would be better”
“Easy to book. Good directions and service when arriving. Mini bus on site ready to go to the airport. On return waited two minutes for the bus back to the car. Staff helpful with luggage because my daughter fractured her ankle whilst away.”

“The car park is easy to find and is located about half a mile from the airport terminal. On arrival at the car park, you wait at the barrier, you are then checked in and then you follow one of the operators vehicles to your designated parking area. Cars are parked in marked spaces on good hardstanding. The shuttle bus runs every 15 to 20 minutes and the journey takes around 5 minutes. You are dropped (and picked up) at BUS Stop A directly ourtside the terminal.
On return to the car park, the shuttle drops you close to your car and you have to show your ticket before the barrier is raised to allow you to exit the car park.
The car park is well lit and security appears good.
Overall a good parking experience.”
“Carpark to find right by airport. Easy drop off, quick bus pick up on arrive and dropped off at Birminham airport in 10 minutes. On return only waited 5 minutes for the bus, that dropped us off right by car on return. Will use again.”
