“The car park is incomplete. We had to be guided by an employee in a random car to the area/zone of the carpark we need to park in; the car wasn't branded or anything. If there was appropriate signage like in other airport carparks, I could have just done this myself. The car park was gravel with numerous, large pot holes. On return to collect my recently cleaned car, it was absolutely filthy from the dust kicked up by other cars. There wasn't easily accessible toilets / baby changing on site. On the return bus, people had to stand because some customers were using seats to stow suitcases - the bus driver could easily have asked them to stow their luggage properly so everyone could sit.
We booked this because of how great Gatwick APH parking is. It turns out that this is Airparks sponsored by APH. It fell well below our expectations.”
