“Very good parking up and outward transfer, not so good on return, told to get off at first bus stop even, though we were parked in disabled, long trek, especially as no assistance with loading or unloading luggage or medical equipment”
“Good communications and very polite service. The car park was vast and I did struggle in the dark to find my way. You need more drop off points and more labelled partitioning of the whole area....not just for example "Zone 2' for example.”
