“Received a very good service all the staff were helpful and friendly, short bus to airport departures and bus service on return was easy, our flight back was delayed so given grace on car collection for really good with no extra charge. I will use again for future trips”
“It was easier to find than expected, straight ahead from the new A4545 when coming from the south. But on our return we had problems. We had kept our ticket safely as we had been warned that it was essential for the bus return. So far, so good, but the bus driver, looking at it, clearly said, - zone 3. Laden with bags and a small case, with a husband with walking difficulties,, I stuffed the ticket in my bra strap before wrestling my way down the bus with all the bags. Taking the driver at his word, we got off at zone 3. But it definitely was not where I had parked the car. I ended up being driven round the entire park before I recognised the bus stop, Zone 2, and the cage where I had parked. The bus driver needs to go to Specsavers, it was he who led us astray - I don't know if that was deliberate, but the rest of the staff were very helpful - and got tipped accordingly.”
“Great spot, super close to the terminal and all staff were friendly. Especially our last bus driver when we got home - he was brilliant! Clearly loves his job.
Have only put a 4 star as one car was parked in a zone with gravel and the car was covered in dust when we returned. The other on tarmac was fine. Very tiny detail mind you!”
“Waiting for bus on return was half a hour.
2 " yellow" tickets came but we had a long queue for blue. After a long and delayed flight it wasn't what we needed. Driver did apologise as needed to get fuel”
“Car park was easy to find. I used What 3 Words and it took us straight there. An escort guided us to a space and we had a couple of minutes wait for a bus which was a short ride to the airport. On our return a bus was already waiting at Bus stop A. I would definitely use the service again. The only downside was our area of the car park was on rough dusty ground which meant it was difficult wheeling suitcases and the car was filthy from dust when we returned after a week away.”
