“The car park was ideally situated for the airport and all the instructions clear. The lady in the entrance kiosk and the bus driver in the middle of the night were courteous and very helpful. Coming back to the car was simplicity itself. Certainly will book again , thank you.”
“What a great experience. Thank you APH. We went to Birmingham last week. Easy to find and you are received by actual human beings! After arriving and speaking to the friendly receptionist you are guided to a parking area by an escort car where the transfer bus was waiting, We were out and in the transfer bus within 5 mins. Bus driver was helpful and friendly. Remember to photograph your car-park ticket which has details of the zone in which you parked and where to go when you arrive back at the airport at the end of your holiday. We followed the directions and went to bus-stop A where the bus was waiting. We were back at our car in 10 mins. Best airport parking experience for many years. We will definately use APH again!”

I might have given 5 stars, because the Express parking site at BHX is a lot more convenient than Mackadown Lane at Marston Green. How ever, the parking site needs improving as it has a very rough stony surface, and is not tarmac. This was very dry and dusty, and I can only imagine what it would be like in rainy conditions. This needs attention.”
“As I walked out the terminal at Birmingham Airport I could see my transport bus at bus stop A. As I walked towards it, it closed the doors and drove off. I had my hand out to flag him down at the drop off area which was only bus stop b or c and he drove past me. He did see me as he acknowledged me.”

Parking spaces could do with some clearer longer lines in Zone 2.
The transfer bus going was great. Coming back i feel we must have missed the previous one as we waited a long time. I feel for an express service, buses should be more often than 20-25 minutes”
