“Once we found the car park it was very straightforward. Hopped on the bus and got the return one without a wait on either direction. Reasonable value and car unaffected by its stay”
“Sevice was very good - however directions to site were appaling, so unclear and unless you were coming from Birmingham they were useless - why not include directions from Motorway?”
“Carpark easy to use and great customer service. Transfer bus was there immediately after we had parked. The guy on the bus gave great customer service. Helped with the bags, gave useful advise for the return journey ie bus stop to use, taking a photo of the ticket in case you lost it. 5 stars for that driver he really was the best. The return journey was just as good, only waited about 10 minutes for the bus.”
