“I used the Birmingham APH Express and found the whole process simple and good value.
I was greeted at the gate and directed to a space. A bus was already waiting once I'd parker and the journey to the airport was quick.
On return their was a bus waiting at arrivals and the journey back to my car was again very quick”
“On departure from Birmingham airport coach was already waiting. Driver was extremely helpful and friendly especially at that time of the morning. Advised we photographed the paper slip given to us showing car location in case we lost it. Very short drive from the car park to the airport.
On arrival coach arrived after a short wait. Again very friendly and helpful driver. Well done Brummies! Would definitely use again. So simple, no fuss!”
“Need more buses running at night, there was only 1 running and We couldn’t get on one because it was full (we had a double pram with 2 young kids) it was cold and therefore we didn’t wanna wait so had to get a taxi costing us more”
“Excellent car park and staff. Very friendly and helpful and quick transfer to airport. Only niggle would be the ‘west car park closed’ sign confused me and made me loop around to try and find the car park which was stressful but it was the correct car park , ‘closed’ referred to NEC . But otherwise excellent car park and process”
