“very helpful staff. The bus driver waited for us to go back to our car to collect my mobile phone which I left behind. Very short journey to the airport terminal. a few issues to improve: 1- the zone signs were very poor, not clearly visible at all. We were looking for Zone 5 for at least 10 minutes so we ended going back to reception to ask.2- at the entrance , would be easier to read the car registration rather showing the booking ref? 3- When we were given the blue ticket , we were told to show to the bus driver on the return- we did . However, nobody told us that we need the ticket again at the exist barrier. What is the point of showing the ticket again at the exist? The person at the exist even didn’t looked at it , he just opened the barrier.”

The driver who collected us was miserable and rude ! And the driver picking us up on our return was lovely but dropped us off at wrong bay which meant dragging our cases across to the other side while the driver just sat and watched ! Very disappointed as aph is usually brilliant”
