“Impossible to find car park. Have complained as what three words and directions do not provide you with accurate directions. Phone lines unanswered, when calling to obtain directions. Parked elsewhere in the end as in danger of missing our flight. Their response to complaint was our directions and information is accurate… with no consideration to customer service or retaining business”
