“BHX - The serivice is generally very good, however this time it was poor both out and in. Sitting in a bus waiting to transfer to the airport for 15+ is not what I call regular service. It would have been quicker to walk! On the return even though I was the only passenger on the bus I was still dropped at a different zone and told to 'just follow the path'. Again, not hte service I expected or used to.”
“Easy to find, parked up, got on the bus and 5 minutes later at the airport. On return, bus there in 5 minutes, then dropped off . Driver even helped us take our cases off. What more can you say? Excellent service and good price.”
