Well organised and professional set up ,security gate entry and friendly helpful staff make airport parking an easy experience . Short bus ride to the terminal that operates 24/7 or the air port is so close you could even walk it too!. Highly recommended.”
“We usually book with APH due to the ease of booking and parking and the friendliness of the staff.
We have to say that the staff went above and beyond on our return from our recent holiday.
Returning late at night in the pouring rain, our car wouldn't start. We were happy to find somewhere dry to call breakdown but the staff on duty wouldn't hear of it. They told me to stay in their booth with our bags by the radiator to keep dry, while 2 of them jumpstarted our car and one kept me company.
Nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile and humour.
Turned a wet, miserable return on it's head, and we were soon on our way home.

“APH Parking at Birmingham Airport worked a treat. Welcomed by a friendly guy on the gate and given a blue ticket (keep this safe you need it to bus back). Had a couple of minutes wait for a car to pop over and guide us to a parking space. The bus was already at stop so we hopped on and was at airport minutes later. Don't forget what zone you park in too. After holiday the return bus already there so we showed our blue ticket and quickly back to get our car. Excellent.”
