“We parked at APH Birmingham whilst we flew away for a few days. Check-in was very smooth, the lady was friendly and explained everything well. We were then guided to a parking space by a 'follow me' vehicle - this was great, having experienced other park and fly where you are wasting valuable time hunting for a space. The courtesy bus was waiting, and got us to the airport very quickly. The driver comfirmed which stop to wait at when we would return. Again, the bus was waiting. It was a dark evening and the driver was very courteous as he told us and the other customers to click our key fobs to light up our car headlights and then kindly stopped the bus as close as he could. Brilliant idea, thank you. We will definitely use again. Very reasonable price!”
“Great service from start to finish. Booking was fast and simple! On arrival we checked in at the gate, followed the guide to park our cars, they helped load our luggage into the bus, took us right outside departures and helped unload. On the way back the same thing. Absolutely no waiting around.
Dropped us right to our car. Everything was so simple from booking to finish! Defo would use again.

“Very efficient and friendly staff. The only issue is that it not always easy to find car when you return, especially when it is dark, could you label the rows ?”
“All in all an easy to use, good quality service. Staff on arrival very friendly and easy to find a space once directed to an area. No waiting for a transfer to the airport as it was there when we arrived.
The only reason for a 4 star review rather than a 5 is firstly, it’s very hard to find even when following their instructions, and secondly on our return the shuttle bus driver literally shut the bus doors in our face and drove off, leaving us stood in the cold for another 15 minutes.”
