“All in all it was a very smooth, friendly and efficient process to park up and alight the regular bus which was very clean and comfortable. Staff who greeted us on arrival and also on exit were friendly and helpful. The trip to the drop off point was very quick and we didn't have to wait long for the bus in either direction. The only negative experience we encountered, whilst arriving in semi darkness and light rain was the condition of the carpark surface which wasn't tarmacced, making it quite muddy with rivulets of rainwater to cross - the bottoms of our suitcases were a bit splattered and our shoes were muddy - not a great start to our holiday! We noticed a Premium Parking area which was properly covered with the black stuff but hadn't been offered that service which we assume attracts additional cost?”
