“Easy to find, easy to park just note that the bus drops you back off at the other side of the carpark from where you would’ve got on the bus. We didn’t realise & had 10 mins searching for our car.”

Need to invest in proper drivers who have manners and realise that people need to get to airport on time. We sat in the bus for 28min to be precise and when we asked the driver what was taking long he said he was waiting for family to hop on. He waiting almost 13 mins for the family To hop on when we actually informed him that we needed to get to check in on time and that the last bus did not wait for us even though they saw us running towards the bus!
On way back the a different driver was also rude to fellow passengers and could not explain to the passengers the difference between white blue and orange ticket. I had to step in to help out so please get drivers who have a good understanding of spoken English”
“Finding the Birmingham Airport site was an absolute breeze, making the start to our trip completely stress-free. The location offers ample parking space, so there was no hassle finding a spot right away.
From arrival to departure, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The shuttle service runs reliably every 15 minutes or so, meaning we barely had to wait. The bus itself was spotless, and the driver went above and beyond by helping us load and unload our heavy luggage.
