Service good and easy to find. Although on arrival back at the airport we had to wait around 25 minutes for a bus at 2am which considering that we just wanted to get home was a bit excessive so will probably chose a meet and great service next time. although other than this everything was fine.

I've been using APH sites in Birmingham for years. But now with the Express carpark 5 minutes from the terminal its much better. But I still find the parking spaces tight but I think this is the case with all car parks.

A really good experience. Not much waiting for buses & had the privilege of ‘Happy John’ to take us & pick us up. What a wonderful man he is. So helpful & friendly. He is a credit to your company.

I returned from holiday last Friday, 11th July, one of the hottest days of the year in the UK. I was dropped off at car park 7 as shown on my ticket to collect my car. After trudging up and down the aisles for about 20 minutes the car was not there. I checked an adjoining car park, but to no avail. Eventually, a member of the gardens maintenance staff saw that I was distresssed and offered assistance to locate my vehicle. He drove me around for about 15 minutes and we eventually located the car in car park 4. By this time I was completely exhausted. I thanked the gentleman for his help. I am a regular user of your services and am due to go to Tenerife on February 21st 2026. Your comments would be appreciated.

Very poor signage at entrance had trouble locating it. Parked in zone 2, car parking area very rough ground, and could not wheel cases across the ground. The surface improoved on main road on pick up route.
