“Easy to find and to get parked. Quick bus ride. However it wasn't easy to find where to get the return bus home and due to delayed landing wasn't easy to find help but managed to find. Would fully recommend as great price for secured parking”
“The parking and drop off process was very good with friendly staff the transfer to the airport taking a few minutes. My only small criticism was the pick up on our return to Birmingham we waited for a good 25-30 minutes to be picked up our flight landed at 8.20pm so it was not outside normal hours and considering how close we were to the airport. I would use the service again.”
