“Excellent service, clear directions. Bus turned up in 15mins as advertised. Walked straight out of the arrivals hall but the bus was full. Driver apologetic and advised he had dispatched the other bus straight back to the stop to collect us and it turned up only five mins later. Nice to see someone proactive in their role.”
“The service provided by the staff on site was perfectly adequate. However, the price of parking is extortionate. I paid £48 to park for just over 24 hours. Plus, the zone that I parked in (zone 2) was not even tarmaced. It was a rutted, potholed, stone filled piece of wasteland. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this car parking provider.”
