“Great getting there and being escorted to a car space. Difficult to fund the car on the way home. Needs more signs. Maybe have more zone areas so easier to find.”
“Staff were friendly and bus transfers good. The bus was there straight away to take us to the airport and only waited 10 minutes on our return.
The negative for us was the zone we were told to Park in had a very stoney rough surface which made it very difficult to try and wheel our suitcases on. It was also very muddy.
The other zones we passed all appeared to be a smooth tarmac finish.”

my only fault was that the indications for the car park were not clear to access the car parking …we missed the exit on the roundabout …along with a few other cars that also seemed to be lost !!!
it was a our first time leaving from Birmingham,i’m sure it would be easier later in the day .
