“We booked APH/Airparks at Mackadown Lane, Birmingham, from 06 to 13 February. As reasonably regular users of APH, we had a discount voucher and chose drop and go. On arrival at 08:00, we were directed to a parking lane, handed the keys to the polite assistant and given a small ticket to use on our return. It was sticky backed so I fixed it to our other travel documents, a good idea to avoid losing it. The shuttle bus left within minutes and took 15 minutes to reach the terminal. On our return the shuttle pulled up as we exited the terminal and we were back at Mackadown Lane in 10 minutes. We retrieved our keys at the key station using the barcode on the ticket provided at drop off and our car was parked immediately next to the key station. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and I highly recommend using this secure service that offers good value off-airport parking.”
