Transfer to the airport
Met on arrival, parked easily & keys handed over. Regular buses to & from the airport. Upon retuirn, used the keybox facility by scanning the ticket given on arrival & easily found where car had been parked. No problems.

Transfer to the airport
On arrival was met by a very rude staff member supervising the parking. He told us off for getting out the car when we should have wound the window down to speak to him then made us move the car 2 spaces along so that he could then move it . We got on the transfer bus and he chastised us because we didn't lay our cases right . We told him to get back in his hut . We complained to the bus driver about him and bus driver said there had been loads of complaints about him and he was a jobsworth. Very rude man who let's this company down. Won't use again

Transfer to the airport
It is not the easiest of places to find, but fortunately I went well prepared. Leaving the car, and departing for the airport went well. On my return however, there were two buses parked side by side at the bus stop. I approached the outer one of the two with my ticket, and the driver indicated towards the inner bus, then he pulled away. From the front of the inner bus I noticed it had Mackadown Lane, my car park ,on it. As I stepped back on to the pavement, in order to board the bus, the driver pulled away leaving me standing there, waving my arms, and shouting. I was then waiting in cold weather for 25 minutes before the next bus turned up. I told the driver what had happened, and he said report it to a manager, which I did. On arrival back at the car park, both myself, and another passenger from the same bus, had difficulty getting the scanner to retrieve our keys, to work. Eventually, we both managed this, but on walking towards my car, I noticed that although the key looked like mine, it was not mine. I had to go back, and knock on the staff door to get someone to attend to this. They said they did not know how it had happened, apologised, and eventually found my keys. Not a good way to get back to after a long flight home.
