“The pick up from the airport was fantastic. The bus was waiting and there were three very friendly staff on board, who loaded our cases for us. As soon as we were sat down, we were the only passengers, the bus started it's journey. We arrived at Mackdown Road and the staff unloaded our cases and arranged getting our car key for us. I am sure you shouldn't print this anywhere, as all your customers will expect the same level of service. I suppose we have been using APH for around 25 years. Thank you and well done!”
“Dropped car off and had a 25 minute wait for the bus, short walk from the bus stop to the departure point. On our return the bus was at bus stop A,the bus driver was very friendly and helpful, he helped us get our keys and showed us where to find the car, he is a credit to your company, we will definitely use this service again, although we weren't happy with all the queues at Birmingham Airport, with all the work going on.”
