“I queried the price we were charged as on the internet the charge was cheaper and I have a blue light card too. Gentleman I spoke too said he had charged me correctly. Also has the original site been discontinued?”
“First time using Birmingham, Return was slow. Had to wait 30 mins for bus, then wait for a further 10 mins sat on bus before leaving airport, very grumpy bus drivers. You should consider giving them training on how to talk to customers.”
“We arrived back to car park and went to get car.... car would not be released until i was forced to pay a £20 fee for late overstay.... not happy at all as flight was delayed and hour only....! Will think twice before I park here again”
