“Key pick up didn’t worked well, showing I have to pay for over stay, when I still had plenty of time left. After staff cancelled it on the system, machine could not recognise barcode, so security guy had to override it. Took a while to get my car back.”

“When APH had it's site at Coleshill the service was far better!. APH now shares a site with Airparks Macadown Lane Birmingham. There is fewer staff you connect with and the the automated machines you now have to collect your key from are far from the personal service you had at your owned sites.”
“Very efficient and simple service. We just park the car and leave our key with the friendly staff. We then wait for the next bus to take us to the Airport which is 10 minutes away. On return we check our return ticket with pick-up site back to the Carpark. Simple”
