“Was met on arrival to drop car off, given clear instructions, short wait for the transfer bus. On return, had to wait 20min for the transfer bus, had a full load of passengers. On arrival, I and another passenger had a little difficulty scanning our ticket to retrieve car keys, but eventually it worked. Overall very happy with the service.”
“Easy to find. Primarily Airparks signs. Not entirely sure where to park vehicle when arrive. Greeted as soon as arrived by a friendly staff member though. Smooth. Us transfers. Upon arrival back good system for obtaining car key.”
“However the delay on Thursday afternoon 26th in the collection bus was disappointng. A long wait while four other APH buses "came and went." No one told us we needed a white bus as opposed to a blue or yellow bus. It would have been much more helpful if APH had a member of taff there or at least contacted us to advise of the delay.
