“First time using this drop and go service so I was a little confused on arrival. Could probably have done with some more signage to advise on where to park/where to go. But overall really happy with my experience. Once we had checked the car in we waited in a covered shelter for the bus to arrive, we were dropped directly outside of departure’s so was super easy!
On return we headed back to the bus stop which we had been dropped and waited approximately 15mins. Easy commute back to the drop and go car park.
Only thing I could recommend would be an emailed copy of barcode as the card given on check in could easily be lost/misplaced whilst on holiday.”
