“It is slightly different from before, but still efficient.
My only complaint is what has happened to the pleasant helpful drivers.
Our last 4 drivers haven't as much as greeted us with an hello, good morning etc.
Not offered to help elderly and disabled people including myself with luggage.
Your drivers are quite miserable in their job.
Please get us pleasant happy drivers back please.
When I got on transfer from APH to airport on Christmas eve, we were like sardines, I had to stand all way to airport being uneasy in my legs as I have mobility issues.
