“Arrived back at APH site just before 9pm on a cold night, Monday 1st May. Staff couldn't find my car keys at reception and three operatives searched for them After about 10minutes some one shouted found them. Two operatives went back to the computer to locate the car.
It was in row A according to the computer. I walked with one operative along row A but the car wasn't there. At this time my wife who was waiting outside was offered office space by yet another operative to stay out of the cold. So we have three operatives searching for my Kia car. Time went by and the third operative shouted I know where your car is, I'll bring it to reception. And this is what he did. When challenged he claimed a new process in respect of the keys and that the day staff had not done their job to make the car available and recorded on the computer. I responded that I did not appreciate the service and would bring it to the attention of the company CEO. Not a happy client I left your site delayed by inefficiency for over 40minutes. Terry Osment”
“waited over an hour for a return bus despite several people calling to be told 5 mins,the yellow ticket bus turned up 3 times during the wait which caused mayhem and when the bus finally turned up there were nearly 100 people waiting so they had to wait even longer
Complained to the customer service line to be brushed off with "you booked with Holiday Extras " and theres nothing they could do so sent my invoice from APH which they acknowledged and basically said they would pass to the car park for there attn . No customer apology or is there anything they could do so will use other companies in the future”
“Been using aph, for a number of years, always a good service. Unfortunately my vehicle was damaged on this occasion. Am still waiting a reply from aph, so will update a good/ bad review dependant on outcome
Still no repsonse 3 weeks later so will not be using them again as customer service is shocking”
“This is the first time we have used Drop &Go Birmingham and arriving was not a problem as it was very straightforward. When we got back to collect our car, we were handed our keys and told where the car was parked- only it wasn't, another car was parked in the slot. Luckily for us it was close by so didn't have to go hunting for it. Apart from this mishap, it was very easy to use.”
