Easy to find with Sat Nav. Helpful staff at every point, from drop off, to departing the bus, then collecting afterwards. Would highly recommend.

All went well on this trip. Staff, very friendly and helpful. I’d have booked you for my next trip (starting 10/5/23) but sadly you priced yourselves out of that by increasing your charges (to a regular customer!) to the point it is cheaper to take a return trip in a local taxi from Dudley.

Having been a customer of APH mainly at Gatwick and occasionally at Birmingham and Heathrow, I was dismayed to experience my recent experience at Birmingham. They are now using a new parking site at Mackadown Lane which confusingly, is the Airparks car park. The drop off was reasonably efficient and I was assured that at the pick up 17 days later the shuttle bus frequency is every 25 minutes. This was NOT my experience finding the arrival of a small Air Parks bus appearing some 15 minutes late and inadequate to even pick up all of its clients. The car receipt ticket given at reception displayed a non-existent phone number which also appeared on a fellow Air Parks client. (0121 7898585). I called APH central who eventually called the Birmingham operation who duly phoned me to reassure that a bus was on its way which eventually arrived some 50 minutes after my original appearance at the designated pick up bus stop. Having just arrived on a 10 hour overnight flight, this was unacceptable. the car park is quite a circuitous journey to and from the arrivals at Birmingham airport and there is a rather impersonal automated system for retrieving one's car key on return by using a bar code on the receipt which opens a small metal drawer to discharge the key. This was not an obvious procedure and luckily there was an employee available to instruct on its use. goodness knows what might happen on arrival without any help. I shall continue to use the Gatwich APH which is first class. The Birmingham operation is rather less than that.

The buses could be more regular to collect us from airport. We had your wait around 20 mins with my 86 year old mum who was exhausted, only then to have the whole queue jump infront of us as mum's mobility isn't quick or great Shame that there isn't a better service for people who need to book special assistance elsewhere on their journey. Then on arrival to pick up our car, the keys had been mislaid, meaning we had to wait around again whilst they found them! Didn't seem as good a service from when it wasn't partnered with airparks. The new location is a bit higgly piggy; thank goodness Google maps.

The service is efficient and cost-effective but the Mackadown Lane site is the problem. Satnav won't get you there and there is an error on the printed directions supplied. Travelling via M6, M6 Toll or M42, the APH Hams Hall site is much more accessible and convenient. I thought I was booking at Hams Hall as there was no specific location named on the website and I was disappointed.
