“1st time at the new site, the staff member that met me could have made it clear where I needed to park but once that was sorted and the keys handed over it was easy on the bus and the driver made it clear about the pick-up point. Arrived back at the airport and straight onto a bus. Once back at the car park, I was given the car key minus the other keys attached, when queried I was told all other keys had been left in the car. That wasn't a problem but I should have been asked to remove them when I handed the car over or a clear message on the booking form to remove all excess keys before arrival. Clear instructions were received on how to find the car and I drove out without a problem”
