“Fantastic service all round, my husband left the oil cap off and we drove to the car park not realising, they said straight the way their is something wrong with your car it's smoking, my husband ordered another oil cap and oil, the staff took delivery while we were away and left the things in the car ready for when we landed at 3am, they were all so helpful, always park there, thanks”

“Drop off superb and staff friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed and it is advertised “let us know if your late and we can help”. I tried phoning as I was delayed and would not arrive at my allotted time on my return. I emailed and let them know as the landline number (only number I could find) would not connect and after emailing them. I was told I would be charged for an additional day which was a slap in the face after 23 hours of travelling, worry and added stress.”
“I feel the parking wasn't very organised, I was told by 3 different people to put my car in a different lane by time I got to 3rd person I said I have been told to put it in Lane 1 and then another person near Lane 1 said go behind red car in Lane 2 I am not moving it again. Then we had to wait at least 30 mins for the bus to leave. They never helped us with the cases lifting them into the racking on the bus, poor customer service. APH at Manchester is brilliant they take you straight away even if its just you on the bus so your not sat waiting for the bus to be filled they do your cases for you so nothing like this APH which is shocking”
“We have been using Mackerdown Lane APH since Hams Hill closed. Never had any problems. All staff are helpful and friendly. The lady driver is really great and has always got us in the holiday mood, even when picking us up after our hols she always say's to start planning for the next. Until next time.”
