“Used APH for years. Good service. Convenient and reasonably priced.
Was a little put out this time as the short run buses kept arriving and the long run bus missed leaving a queue of unhappy people. It would be a lot better if the buses ran from different stops or there was more information about the buses that stop there.”
“Going to airport great, being 62 and 80 daughter and mother, we had help from the driver, can't thank him enough, shame we didn't get his name, on way back was disappointing not one bit of help, had to carry and lift bags myself, my mom couldn't lift hers alone and I am disabled.”
“APH is easy to find provided you ignore the instructions set out in the booking form as it is quite complicated around the houses to their parking facility. The facility is owned by Airparks with APH as a partner. As an APH customer the staff do not recognise reference booking numbers provided by APH but after that trauma. Everything settles down and your vehicle is either parked by yourself or Airparks staff.
Just to reiterate use your sat nav to get you there in Mackadown Lane. APH along with Airparks bus you straight into B,Ham airport (BHX) on an Airparks vehicle. Otherwise a very good facility and I recommend them.”
