“The service was very good, The only worrying aspect was that , on return, I was initially given the keys to the wrong car ! Clearly this part of the organisation needs to be reviewed, and tightened up. Apart from this, the staff were very polite, and helpful”
“As a travelling single female - everything was so easy to find, straightforward process on drop off and collection. Would have been nice for the bus driver to offer assistance with luggage especially for a special assistance traveller but luckily other lovely passengers offered”
“The place was easy to find . Basically just dropped the car off , handed the keys in and got on the bus once it arrived . On our return we just had to wait about five min for the bus . Car was ready , job done . Quick and efficient service .”

“Very easy service. My only criticism is that I remember years ago on this type of service the bus driver would help with baggage. I was with my wife and 2 year old. Had 3 large suit cases a bag and a small suitcase. As my wife had my 2 year old I had to manage the suitcases on to the coach on departure and arrival. Just feel that the bus driver could surely assist passengers with this as I wasn’t the only one to be struggling.”
