I think the APH LOGO should be removed as it's confusing when it's actually AIRPARK. In addition, a highlighted 'PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE MOVED' at the top of the confirmation would have been helpful.

“Arrived ok and on time, met by a man who seemed to jump on us as soon as we pulled up, some other staff just sitting aroud in chairs in asmall room . Asking for time we were due to return on our flight and itsnumber number. Flustered me and tried to juggle my keys and paperwork in the dark. Not the best set up, and no real customer care. No office as it all seemed to happen outside, do not know what we would have done if it was raining.
Used to use the Hams Hall site, with very nice people in the office who asked for your papers and tagged your key up safely. Sad your system seems to have changed.
Very helpful and nice bus driver coming back from the airport, and sorted our keys out quickly. Helped me off the bus with our cases. Never got his name, but he was excellent, smallish guy with grey hair.
Would use the site again and reccommend to others, but please sort your Meet and Greet Team out??”
