“No problems at all, Sat Nav took us straight to the park, and clear instructions were given on arrival. The coach to and from the airport was good with no long wait at either end. This is our 2nd visit to this particular park and our 6th with APH and have never had a problem”
“Extremely helpful staff even after a few issues. 1st one was our booked in car had a flat tyre before we left for the airport so had to change cars, this was dealt with easily they changed it on their computer no issues. 2nd one was my husband lost the piece of paper he was given when handing in his keys, they were great about it and just gave us another one. Then the machine would read it lol but they sorted the machine, it needed rebooting. Would throughly recommend.”
“Overall we found the dropping off and picking up of our car to all run smoothly.
However, we really don't understand why APH thought it a good idea to move their Drop & Go airport parking from where it previously was at Hams Hall to the new Mackadown Lane location. It is now difficult to find, and placed right in the middle of a residential area with heavy work/school traffic around.
It's previous location was straight off the toll road onto a quiet industrial estate with no hassle! The bus transfer took about 20mins and from this location it still takes about 15mins because of the slow route, so i'm not sure what has exactly been gained from this.”
