“At the last minute, we had to travel in a different car to the one booked in but when we arrived, the guys sorted this out really efficiently and with good humour. We also had trouble scanning our QR code for the key box upon return but again, a friendly chap was on hand to help. The whole service is efficient, swift and all the staff we encountered were professional and friendly.”
