“Everything went smoothly. Locating the carparking was easy enough with SatNav, even though there was a M42 closure and necessatated driving through a local housing estate. The airport transfer was OK and our overnight stay at Airport Ibis was perfect including a delicious evening meal. On return a transfer bus was just pulling up at the designated bay and it only took 15 minutes before we were back at the carpark. The key collection is simple enough and within 30 minutes of passing airport customs we were driving home. My only negative comment is the carpark itself was very dark on our return and required the use of my mobile torch to see where we were going.”
“The drop off was very easy and the transport to the airport was good
But the return was very disappointing as with another 15 people and a tiny baby we were left at the pick-up spot for well over an hour in the early hours of the morning with freezing weather not good several people including me phoned them to see what was going on and all they said is that they were sending a bus out to us but it never turned up will not use this company again”
