“On arrival the young man who greeted us was extremely helpful and explained the checking in and collection of keys procedures clearly.
Our return driver was also very helpful when he saw us struggling with heavy cases and ski bags.
The only downside for us is the location of the site.
Hams Hall was so easy to access from the M42 ( coming from the M1 and the North)”
“As we arrived at 3.30 in the morning the waiting area was very cold, small and as people moved around inside the automatic doors were continually opening. The heaters were fairly ineffective.”
“Located off airport with bus transfer. Worked well as staying at hotel near terminal. Wait was approx 15-20 mins for a bus. Very good and would use again. Have already recommended drop and go and hotel stay to others.”
