“Excellent reception when the car was dropped off & good transfer to the airport. We just missed the first bus when we returned to Birmingham but the next bus wasn't too long a wait. Retrieval of the car keys went well. The only problem was that I walked straight past my parked car when I tried to collect it! I should have gone to Specsavers!”
“Easy booking process online. We had to change the car on the day of travel but staff at the car park sorted this very quickly. Booking in on the day was simple and we were on a bus within 10 minutes of arriving.
The return journey was not as smooth, we waited for over 45 minutes at the airport before a bus eventually came, in the cold and damp. The driver was very apologetic and explained one of the buses broke down. The bus seemed to take a lot longer to get back to the car park than it did on the way out, all in all we were over an hour later getting back to the car than we expected to be.
I have used APH on many occasions and this is the 1st time there has been any problem.”

There is a bus shelter there.
Only negative I have was if you had a blue or white ticket. in pouring rain did not help the situation.
