“Good service! We were greeted straight away and left the car keys with the staff who parked our car for us. The bus arrived within the next ten minutes to take us to the airport.
On the way back, the bus stop was easy to find but I think they need to make it clearer as to which bus you need, as everyone had to ask the drivers if they had the right bus each time one pulled up.
Back at the car park, there were staff there to help people use the machines to get your keys back and direct you to where it was parked. I would use APH again for airport parking!”
“Good service. Didn't have to wait long for transfer bus. On site staff helpful and friendly. Assistance with loading luggage outbound would have been helpful. Driver on return offered to take cases off bus for us which we were grateful for.”
