“Great service , greeted on arrival , quick shuttle to airport , on return we had lost our ticket to give us key collection and bay info , kind staff member printed us a new one and helped us , very easy process”
“Good service but some of the drivers are so miserable . We were waiting to get returned to the car park. 3 Airpark buses arrived we showed each one our ticket,the driver said not this one but didn't explain there were different colour tickets for different parks. The third driver explained to us and advised when our transfer was going to be there. I wasn't impressed by the driver's attitude and of no help at all . I am disabled and expected the service we have had in the past. Some drivers are so lovely and helpful but the miserable ones outdo them.”
