“Really easy to use! Arrived early hours of the morning tipping down with rain. Had to pop into the office as the hand held device was water logged, but no issue. Got my ticket, got my bags and handed over my car key. Got on the bus straight to the airport. On the way back from the airport, waited around 10 mins at the bus stop, taken back to the car park, scanned my ticket and got my car key back and located my car it took about 5 mins tops. So easy!”
“Very efficient, quick key pick up on return. Possibly a more frequent bus service to and from the airport would be good. We arrived back at 4am and had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle bus. It was not long but felt like a long time at the time, cold and tired”

“Very friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately when we arrived back at the car park it was dark and driver told us the wrong place to look for car so we had to walk around blipping the car remote control to find the car”
“Drop off was perfect and collecting keys and locating car was without a problem. However the way our car was parked next to the other cars made it extremely difficult to get the car out. The cars were parked very closely and wonky.”
