“Arrival was brilliant. Transfer back was awful.
An empty bus at airport would only accept customers with blue tickets. Large queue of people with white tickets were denied access and the bus left almost empty.
A second bus arrived and was for yellow ticket holders. This also left very nearly empty.
Twenty minutes later a bus arrived for white tickets only. A second bus for white tickets was clearly needed and arrived almost immediately after the first.
Why we were left with hundreds of others waiting whilst the first two almost empty buses departed is beyond logic. The old system of first come first served was much better. Please ditch your colour coding system.”
“Excellent service. We had to change our booking from drop and go to self park at the last minute due to problems with our car fob. They were extremely helpful and changed our booking without any problems. Have used APH on many occasions and staff have always been very polite and helpful. Woul definitely recommend.”
