“We were very impressed by the service provided by APH, the stresses associated with airport parking were completely removed by your professionalism. Excellent facilities too with toilets, rain shelters, etc.
We did arrive very early on our departure date, but was advised that an early check-in was not an issue when we telephoned to query this with the ongoing issues at Birmingham airport. From initial booking to driving away on our return, the whole process was very simple and effective.
When we came home to collect our car, we were concerned at first by the large crowd assembled at the airport bus stop, but then soon realisied you operate a coloured ticket system. That is such a great innovative idea which completely removed the problems of overcrowding that could've caused issues otherwise.
Upon checking out our car, we really appreciated the fact that there's no queuing to speak to an APH representative to collect the car key, which undoubtedly would cause quite a delay at peak times, instead we were very impressed by the use of the bar-code scanner that simply releases the car keys and allows the customer to quickly drive away. However, the presence of a APH representative to assist when needed was much appreciated.
