The return bus journey at the airport was a bit confusing as 2 Airpark buses came but our ticket colours were not the right ones and 2 buses failed to pick up any passengers.Ours then came after 20 to 30 minutes and took us back to Airparks. The key collection system worked very well.All in all a very slick and competant operation.I would park there again if we ever flew from Birmingham again.”
